Bethany Bobb, Founder & President
Bethany has over 25+ years in Government Relations and Leadership positions with a proven track record of working with non-profits and startup businesses. She is skilled in negotiations, organizational structure as well as board development and streamlined approaches. Utilizing years of analytical skills from her early days as an Operations Analyst for Merrill Lynch, to implementing grassroots political, legislative, and communication strategies for the AFL-CIO she is skilled in marketing, internal and external communications, PR, crisis communications, event management, and everything in between.
Prior to graduating from Temple University in 2000 where she studied in both Philadelphia, PA and Tokyo, Japan, she served as a full-time volunteer with the Americorps Program developing programs and resources for underserved communities both in the United States and Philippines. Bethany has always had a people first philosophy at the core of everything she does. She believes that by prioritizing individuals, we unlock the full potential of individuals, non-profits and businesses alike.

Bethany currently resides in Boca Raton, FL with her husband Kris, daughter Morgan, and son Jamison. She is currently in her hockey mom era after successfully completing her soccer and swim mom eras. with more than 15 years of experience dealing with youth sports it has provided Bethany with the expertise needed to navigate through any of life’s challenges.
Daniel McRobert, Lead Management Consultant & Graphic Design
Daniel is a seasoned marketing professional with a decade of experience spanning automotive, cannabis, and leisure industries across international markets. Driven by a passion for fitness, healthcare, and consumer products, he collaborates with both emerging startups and established businesses to cultivate meaningful, lasting connections with target audiences. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Daniel has a lifelong love for hockey and continues to play goalie in adult recreational leagues. His deep hockey IQ complements his business acumen, equipping him with a sharp intuition for market dynamics, a talent for trendspotting, and a strategic vision that positions his initiatives for success.

Bthkneebee LLC launched in 2015. Following the birth of her second child Bethany prioritized being a mom, while not sacrificing career goals. Working individually with clients provided the much needed flexibility, and lifestyle to meet and fulfill the needs and demands of both roles.
